The goods and services shown here are those we can provide to the families we serve. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you select. California sales tax will be added to all taxable items. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you; such as, but not limited to, outside cemetery or crematory services, flowers, motorcycle police escorts for outside processions, and newspaper notices. | Our minimum service charge includes consultation with the family, clerical and administrative services, coordinating the details with cemetery, crematory, and/or other parties responsible for the arrangements made. Also a percentage of this fee is necessary to cover a proportionate share of our established overhead costs such as licenses, insurance and indirect taxes (does not include sales tax on items in the merchandise category), maintenance of facilities and equipment, utilities and hosts of their costs related to being in business to serve the public.

| Our Staff must meet with the doctor, obtain a signature with a valid cause of death and file this document at the Health Department. California law requires physicians to sign the medical portion of the death certificate within 15 hours of death. We will not be responsible for delays in service or disposition where a physician has failed to discharge his final duty to the patient and family. Additional trips to the doctors office for corrections, signature or retrieval of a document left because of the doctors' request will result in additional fees. Death certificates correctly signed, available at the place of death, at the time of removal will reduce charges. | |
