Mrs Delia T Hernandez Aug 17, 2020 Delia passed peacefully at age 97, on August 17th from pneumonia, with a family member by her side. Delia Tirado Hernandez was born on March 21, 1923 in Espinal, Puerto Rico, She lived and worked in New York City from the age of 14, then transferred to the B of A in Santa Monica. For the last 50 years, Delia resided in the San Fernando Valley. She had four children: Felix, Victor, Celia(Margie) and Gloria and 12 grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren, her son's wives and many nephews, nieces and cousins. Family to Delia was everything and she loved nothing better than the family gatherings, especially their monthly gatherings where she relished cooking for everyone, especially her much revered Rice and Beans. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Due to Covid regulations, there will be a Memorial Service at the First Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills in the spring.
